Denny is a native Chinese and graduated from the Vanderbilt University Law School with a J.D. degree in 2013. His practice areas include real estate transactions, incorporation and related matters, commercial litigation, and personal injury disputes. Attorney Cong (Denny) Nie is a practicing lawyer and an active member of the CNMI Bar, and appears as a lawyer before all of the courts of the Commonwealth. As a lawyer, he adheres to the highest ethical standards that apply to all lawyers in the CNMI. Practice Focus

Prior to joining the firm, Denny worked at a boutique law firm in New York, practicing commercial and intellectual property litigation. He had also worked at the New York Legal Assistance Group as a legal fellow, helping low-income New Yorkers obtain immigration benefits and reliefs.
