工伤赔偿

执业概述

Workers’ compensation is insurance that provides cash benefits and pays for medical care for workers who are injured or become ill as a direct result of their job (an on-the-job injury). Employers pay for this insurance, and may not require the employee to contribute to the cost of compensation. On occasion the employer fails to pay for the required insurance and a direct action can be brought by the employee against the employer. More often this practice area involves disputes between the injured employee and the insurance company over the extent of the injury and the benefits to be paid.
