Robert Chapman was named Best's Lawyers 2016 Lawyer of the Year in Litigation, Banking and Finance - Honolulu HI in 2016.
Robert was a corporate counsel for Pacific Resources, Inc. from 1980 to 1985. He was an Adjunct Professor, Commercial Law for the MBA program, Hawaii Pacific University, 1989 to 1992.
He has previously served as ACA panel chair and Northland insurance reviewer, the International Association of Commercial Collectors, and was a designated ACA-CNR panel member for Hawaii.
Robert is a contributing author for the Hawaii State Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Practioners Manual, (2003), How to Get Results in Collection of Delinquent Debt in Hawaii (2002), Residential and Commercial Evictions in Hawaii (2003); UCC Article 9 Secured Transactions (2003), Commercial Real Estate Transactions (1998) and a frequent speaker on real estate, business and bankruptcy topics in Hawaii.
Robert serves as the managing director for the firm.
