Jerry has negotiated and provided agreements of every nature and kind regarding construction projects. This includes the negotiation of a $1.4 billion supply contract to a municipality.
Jerry practices in Arbitration and Mediation forums. Jerry has acted as a Mediator and Arbitrator, as well as a Mediation trainer in both the United States and Canada. Jerry has written extensively about Mediation, including the publication of “Before You Sue: How to Get Justice Without Going to Court”, William Morrow & Company, 1987.
Jerry is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers in Hawaii in the fields of Construction Law, Construction Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration.
Jerry also assists investors who have lost money as a result of fraud, negligence or other wrongful acts committed by stockbrokers and financial planners.
