Originally from Arizona, Claire Kelleher-Smith received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. She began her career as a corporate lawyer in a large San Francisco firm. Claire moved to Saipan in 2013 to clerk for Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho. Claire has experience representing and counseling clients in the areas of civil litigation, family law, immigration law, DUI defense, civil rights, corporate formation, licensing, promotions, disability rights, and privacy law. She is admitted to the bar in the CNMI and California (inactive status).Attorney Claire Kelleher-Smith is a practicing lawyer and an active member of the CNMI Bar, and appears as a lawyer before all of the courts of the Commonwealth.
