He represents a wide range of clients in the negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, construction, investment, financing, leasing, and operations. His experience extends to complex secured and unsecured financing matters, land use and zoning, and the structuring of sophisticated real estate deals. Mr. Pulice has substantial experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing involving office, retail, and mixed-use properties. He also advises condominium and community associations on governing documents, compliance issues, and general operations, and is recognized as a leading authority in association assessment collection, foreclosure matters, and all aspects of condominium and association law.
Corporate and Business Matters
In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Pulice advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. His work includes the structuring, formation, and governance of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and joint ventures. He counsels boards, officers, and investors on corporate governance, compliance, reporting obligations, and operational policies and procedures. Mr. Pulice has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and exit planning, representing both companies and investors at all stages of the business lifecycle.
