Mr. Macaulay was previously a partner in Mayer Brown and Clifford Chance and was based in Hong Kong for over thirty years specializing in maritime and offshore projects and finance. His Marshall Islands law practice is primarily focused on non-resident domestic entities and covers joint ventures, IPOS, mergers and acquisitions, ship finance and derivatives trading and collateral security. He advises shareholders, lenders, lessors, financial institutions and multilaterals on all aspects of Marshall Islands law.
